Verde at Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is offering a special menu to celebrate the new ‘Poetics of Relation’ exhibit. Executive Chef Kaytlin Brakefield found inspiration in the representation of immigration, diaspora and the layering of cultures in new lands in the exhibit, which she realized was similar to the layers of culture in Miami.
Using these themes, Chef Kaytlin created a menu incorporating flavors and aromas from around the world. The special menu starts with Fluke Crudo with Local Mango, Aji Limo, Ginger and Black Salt, followed by Moroccan Spiced Chicken Tangine with Saffron Couscous and Preserved Lemon, ending with Lime Granita with Honey Glazed Shortbread and Candied Ginger. This three-course menu is available for $23. Complement this inspiring meal with a special Dark & Stormy with Dark Rum and Ginger Beer for $7.
