The dinner features a carefully curated four-course menu with passed appetizers prepared by Chef Nicolay Adinaguev including dishes such as west coast oysters, veal carpaccio, charred octopus and trio of beef filet paired with champagnes including Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2004 and Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Rose.
