South Beach Food & Wine Festival’s “Future of Food Dinner”

The South Beach Food & Wine Festival’s “Future of Food Dinner”, hosted by chefs Matthew Kenney and Jamie Bissonnette, will be here in no time!  This thought-provoking duo – plant-based cuisine pioneer Matthew Kenney and nose-to-tail chef Jamie Bissonnette – will create and explore the versatility of vegetables and grains. While the two regularly focus on different areas of the food world, for one night they will come together to create a completely plant-based and vegan meal that celebrates health and sustainable cooking.
 
The Future of Food vegan dinner will take place in the space of Matthew’s newest restaurant, Plant Food + Wine Miami, which is set to open at the end of February, offering a unique experience to see the space before it opens to the public.
