New Lunch Menus at Bulla Gastrobar and The Federal

Bulla Gastrobar in Coral Gables has launched a two-course $19 menu or three-course menu for $23.  The menu will include dishes like Caldo Gallego with kale, potatoes, Spanish beans, chorizo, pork belly; Huevos Bulla  jumbo egg, homemade potato chips, Serrano ham, potato foam, truffle oil; Futbol Club ciabatta, bacon, chicken breast two ways, lettuce, tomatoes, truffle fries; Brioche de Vegetales brioche, roasted portobello, piquillo, spinach, goat cheese, truffle fries and Flan de Coco coconut flan, passion fruit sorbet.
The Federal now offers a lunch menu (Tuesday-Friday) where guests can select from a selection of snacks, salads, sandwiches and eats including  Crispy Chicken Tacos tabasco green buffalo sauce, pickled carrots & celery, blue cheese dressing; Smoked Rib Eye cauliflower puree, bbq mushrooms; Cornmeal Crusted Catfish  maque choux, corn bisque and Cauliflower Steak mixed grains, brussels sprouts, spiced seeds, creole sauce. In addition to their a la carte menu, guests can choose for a $15 Lunch Box special comprised of three specialty items and a warm cookie – or you can add a glass of wine for $4.
