Morimoto South Beach, Iron Chef Morimoto’s flagship Miami restaurant, has become the first to introduce a prix fixe seasonal Saturday and Sunday brunch menu, which features two options, healthy and indulgent at $47 per person. The healthy prix fixe option starts with unlimited glasses of fresh juice from the juice bar, including green apple, melon ginger, and orange dream; an entrée; a maki roll and dessert of their choice. Guests can choose from an array of healthy entrees including an Acai Bowl, a Mango Fruit Bowl, Paleo Protein Pancakes, and an Egg White Breakfast Wrap.
For guests who wish to satisfy their Morimoto cravings, the indulgences option begins with one glass of fresh juice, a choice of maki roll, and a choice of entree including Eggs Benedict, Crispy Stuffed French Toast, Bi Bim Bop, an omelet of your choice, Morimoto Cubano, a South Florida Frittata, and a Lobster Roll, and dessert.
To complete both the healthy and indulgent prix fixe brunch, dessert includes Mango Pudding, Jivara Milk Chocolate Cream, Key Lime, a chef’s selection of Assorted Sorbets, and Tofu Cheesecake by award winning Executive Pastry Chef Manabu Inoue. Guests can also opt for bottomless bloody mary’s and mimosas and relax on the veranda overlooking the iconic pool for $12.
The new brunch menu is seasonal. Chef Morimoto will debut a new menu come fall.
