At the “Spring Harvest Festival,” visitors can enjoy a wonderful selection of fresh local spring produce, from beans and corn to tomatoes, peppers, and more. Specialty jams, homemade cookies, fresh tropical juices, Gaucho Ranch grilled grass fed beef, gourmet empanadas and paella will also be available. Celebrated local vendors such as Zak the Baker will offer sumptuous selections of breads and granola, and LaProvence will offer an assortment of French baked goods. Keez Beez, premium honey from a large variety of floral fauna produced locally in Marathon, FL, will have honey for purchase along with tastings, ranging from Mango and Avocado to Brazilian Pepper honey. Visitors can even enjoy vegan and vegetarian brunch selections such as soups, salads, and sandwiches from Inspired Thyme Catering.

The “Spring Harvest Festival” also offers a number of activities that will appeal to the whole family. Dr. Cindy Lasky, educator, will lead creative activities for the younger set which include a free book raffle, decorating and planting a pot, and storytelling.  Yoga enthusiasts can participate in a free class by Jahzel Dotel of Ansa Yoga from 10:30am-11:30am.
