The Let’s Eat Dinner Series is pleased to return in 2016 with the announcement that Bulla Gastrobar will host a special dinner and cooking demonstration on Wednesday, January 13 at 6 p.m. as part of the ongoing dining program and the first of the New Year.
Guests are invited to learn how to make authentic Spanish paella learned at one of Spain’s most famous restaurants, El Bulli. Led by Bulla Doral’s new chef Miguel Rebolledo and Bulla Coral Gables’ chef Diego Solano, participants will enjoy CAVA wine and a cooking demonstration of the beloved national dish of Spain, paella.
Chef Miguel Rebolledo - who will take the helm at Bulla Gastrobar’s new Doral location in early 2016 - refined his technique and culinary skills working under two of the most renowned Spanish chefs, Jose Andres and Ferran Andria. Chef Diego Solano, who has been with Centurion Restaurant Group at Bulla Gastrobar for the past two years, has helped shape the menu that is heralded today, and he ensures that all Bulla Gastrobar locations capture the taste, caliber and authenticity of the Spanish cuisine.
- The Let’s Eat Dinner Series features a cooking demonstration on Wednesday, January 13, followed by a tasting of some of Bulla’s most well-known and highly regarded tapas, CAVA wine and of course, the paella prepared by Chef Rebolledo.
- The evening will start at 6 p.m. on the terrace. A seated dinner will follow in the private dining room.
