LDV Hospitality Hosts Corso Coffee Pop-up During South Beach Wine & Food Festival

Corso Coffee, and Italian-style coffee shop from premier restaurant and hospitality group LDV Hospitality, will be popping up in the Gale South Beach from Wednesday, February 24th through Sunday, February 28th during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The popular espresso spot, with two outposts in New York City as well as Montauk, Atlanta and Puerto Rico, will introduce its signature handcrafted beverages to Miami Beach. Corso Coffee will be taking over the coffee bar adjacent to Dolce Italian, Bravo’s “Best New Restaurant” winner in 2015, and will join its sister LDV Hospitality venues including Rec Room and Regent Cocktail Club, all under one roof. The pop-up is kicking off South Beach Wine & Food Festival by bringing their famous wood-roasted Anèri Tricaffè espresso and artisanal American drip Corso Coffee to Collins Avenue.

Anèri Tricaffè is one of Italy’s most respected family-owned artisanal roasters.  In 2009, LDV Hospitality’s Founder and President John Meadow and Gennaro Oliva partnered with Giancarlo and Alessandro Anèri to bring their espresso to the U.S. LDV was proud to be the first company in North America to provide Anèri Tricaffè wood-roasted espresso, a unique blend of the most select beans in the world, exclusively sourced by Trieste’s Sandali Coffee Masters.

Now with six locations throughout the country, Corso Coffee continues to capture the essence of Italy’s grand café culture. The word ‘Corso’ is derived from the central grand boulevard, Via del Corso, in the heart of Rome. Different from its American counterparts that offer quick service convenience and Seattle roasted coffee, Corso focuses on the authentic and classic elegance of savoring one’s coffee in the social comforts of the Italian espresso bar. At the Miami pop-up, guests can savor freshly brewed coffee at the bar created by one of Corso Coffee’s master baristas and delight in a freshly baked pastry.

Corso Coffee will be located at the Gale South Beach, 1690 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Corso Coffee will be available throughout SOBEWFF, open Thursday & Sunday from 7:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – midnight.
