db Bistro Moderne Miami welcomes Kalyn James of PBS’s Art Loft as the first 2015 host of the popular “Miami’s Own” Wine Dinner Series on Wednesday, April 29. A native of the Bayou region, James is accustomed to the flavors and cuisine the region has to offer. Working closely with James, Executive Chef Jason Pringle is delighted to create a true “Cajun Style” four-course menu. Sommelier Alan Feldman will pair the menu with wines of America that have French-Influences including Red Tail Ridge Winery, Dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes region of New York and Mark Herold 'Flux' Rouge from California.
