GK Bistronomie just launched their new happy hour! Specials include craft cocktails for $5 and all beers and select wines are 1/2 price - offered every day from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. They offer peruvian dishes offering a selection of tiraditos, ceviches, appetizers and main courses. Textures, colors and aromas are uniquely crafted to entice all senses, creating an experience that is truly a work of art. Dishes include Pisco Cured Salmon with créme fraiche; Sous Vide Main Lobster Tail sprinkled with mascarpone cheese; Parmesan Tiradito grouper, parmigiano reggiano, lime, chives and rocoto; and Mushroom and Yuzu Ceviche.
The outdoor “kitchen bar” serves classic Peruvian sours including Pisco, Chicha and Passionfruit. Very much like the food, the cocktails also take on their own art form, with the Linda Paloma Casamigos, ginger-infused pisco, pear & green tea, orange, fresh squeezed lime, fresh pineapple and dill; the Yerba Tonic with Bulgarian lavender, genepe des alps, dill, cucumber and Porton pisco; and the smoky Wynwood Sahumerio with Absolute Elyx, starfruit, orange Darjeeling and chamomile as the stars.
