Casa D’Angelo Owner and Executive Chef Angelo Elia will prepare a delicious four-course Italian dinner that will be served with hand-selected wines from Tenuta San Leonardo winery for a divine dining experience. Each course will feature special dishes to bring out the unique flavors of the paired wine. Anselmo Guerrieri Gonzaga, owner of Tenuta San Leonardo, will walk guests through each wine pairing as he shares his expertise on the selection and personal anecdotes about the making of each wine.

Third Course: Pan-Seared Venison Tenderloin with Pink Peppercorn Sauce and Fava Beans Tortino Guerrieri Gonzaga “San Leonardo” 2000, 2008
