Bulla Celebrates National Paella Day

To celebrate National Paella Day (and Easter) on Sunday, March 27,  Coral Gables’ Spanish gastrobar, BULLA is offering a paella tasting on the terrace. 
 
Executive Chef Miguel Rebolledo is taking to his Spanish roots and bringing his experience from his time spent at El Bulli, by preparing Passed Gazpacho Andaluz; a meats and cheese platter with queso manchego, chorizo and pan gallego; patatas bravas, and a paella trio of Paella de la Huerta with seasonal vegetables; Paella de Pollo y Setas with chicken and wild mushrooms, and a Paella Mar y Montana with butifarra, calamari, mussels. A mini flan will end the evening on a sweet note, and bottomless sangria can be added for an additional $15 per person.
 
The event will take place at 6:30 p.m., and tickets priced at $48++ must be purchased in advance by calling 305.401.0107.
