I couldn't be more excited about this spring. Spring is truly a great season for many reasons. For one, that means it’s almost summer! The weather is nice, and you can grab a drink by the pool while you tan. But other than that there are also going to be some pretty amazing new restaurants popping up all over Miami that you must keep an eye on!

What: Primrose
Where: The Stiles Hotel at 1120 Collins Ave. | Miami Beach, 33139
When: Just opened
What you need to know: Characterized by a fusion of Far East Fare, traditional American gastronomies and French cooking techniques Primrose is helmed by Regional Executive Chef Evan Percoco. The restaurant provides patrons with an intimate South Beach dining experience with a rich Art Deco history and blend of international flavors.

What: Soho Bay
Where: 520 West Ave. | Miami Beach, FL 33139
When: Tomorrow
What you need to know: With a breathtaking view, Soho Bay offers it all.  This contemporary Japanese spot by Khong River House veteran Ricardo Sauri will be serving up delicious food that consists of sushi, sashimi and probably the best molecular cocktails I have ever had. I highly recommend the Guava Piña Colada!

What: Wynwood Diner
Where: 2601 NW Second Ave. | Miami, FL 33127
When: This month
What you need to know: Who doesn't love diners? This will not be like any other diner you have known or seen before, but rather stepped up several notches. They will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to all very soon!

What: Alter
Where: 223 NW 23rd St. | Miami, FL 33127
When: This month
What you need to know: Chef-owner Brad Kilgore plans on serving us some progressive American cuisine in a casual setting. Having been the executive chef over at J&G Grill at St. Regis Bal Harbor we can expect only greatness from Kilgore.

What: Continental Miami
Where: Aloft South Beach at 2360 Collins Ave. | Miami Beach, FL 33139
When: Spring
What you need to know: Stephen Starr announces his latest South Florida restaurant, Continental Miami located adjacent to the Aloft Hotel.  Inspired by Continental Restaurant + Martini Bar, the first restaurant that launched Starr Restaurants onto the scene, Continental Miami will be an evolution of the well-loved original in Philadelphia which is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2015.

What: Red Ginger
Where: 800 First Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139
When: May
What you need to know: A Southeast Asian concept launched by Menin Hospitality, Red Ginger will be located in the South of Fifth neighborhood in South Beach. Red Ginger will be helmed by former Top Chef Masters contestant Herb Wilson and will offer Asian-inspired cuisine with locally sourced ingredients, as well as Japanese-sourced items for the sushi program, binchotan charcoal robata and omakase menu.

What: PB Station
