Did you know that today is National Tequila Day? Well, if you didn’t it’s ok! I’m still here to give you some awesome South Florida spots you must check out if you are into tequila. Plus, it’s ok to let loose - it’s Friday!

Chill taco joint, Bodega, will be featuring the Mexican French Kiss, Maestro Dobel, St. Germain, Yellow Chartreuse, basil, agave, lime, served up in a chilled coupe with a sugar rim. Local SoFi cocktail bar, Radio Bar, will be serving the Chile de Jalisco, Dobel Tequila, Ancho Reyes, Cynar, strawberry, lime, ginger beer.  And the newly opened Red Ginger (next door to Radio) has the Up and Up, Serrano infused Milagro, Giffard Pamplemousse, raspberry agave syrup, lime, sage, coffee beans.

On Friday, July 24th, all four South Florida locations will be welcoming guests to dive into their famous Tequila Bible featuring more than 330 varieties of Anejo, Reposado, Plata, Mezcal and Oro. The Rooftop Spice is a perfect mix of sweet and spicy featuring tequila, lime juice, agave, muddled jalapeno and raspberry, and garnished with jalapeno and raspberry.  Enjoy panoramic views of Downtown Miami from the breezy rooftop with music by Roberto Patroni starting at 7pm. A new lighter, summer menu by Chef Carla Pellegrino is also on hand with options such as the Citrioli, Pomodori & Cipolle Salad, cucumber, roma tomato and red onion in an extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing; Linguini Alle Vongole Veraci, linguini with manila clams, white wine and extra virgin olive oil sauce; and Piccata di Pollo al Limone, thinly-ponded chicken breast in a delicate lemon, butter, caper and white wine sauce served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach.
