Here in Miami we are all about brunch, so why wouldn't we go to brunch during Easter weekend? There are many Miami restaurants that are offering special menus for the occasion!

Terrazza at Shore Club

Shore Club’s scenic poolside restaurant Terrazza celebrates Easter Sunday with a Terrazza’s Easter brunch buffet will feature a live raw bar, charcuterie and cheese station, salads, assorted pizzas, carving station, omelet station, pasta station, small plates and desserts. Stand out menu items include the Snapper Ceviche, assorted East and West Coast mix of Oysters, whole roasted Prime Rib, Churrasco Skirt Steak served with seasonal vegetables, and Sesame crusted Seared Tuna over French green beans, cherry tomato, with a citrus ponzu sauce. Brunch is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. 
La Savina at Mondrian South Beach

You’re invited to enjoy a holiday buffet and la carte specials, plus an endless Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar, overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay. La Savina’s Easter brunch buffet will feature omelets made to order, a Chef’s Table and hot special plates, including – Seasonal Fruit, Artisan Cheeses, Parfait Station, a classic French Toast, and a selection of house made Quiche. A special a la carte menu offers omelets, pancakes, benedicts, steak and eggs and Branzino a la Plancha, as well as sides and sweets. The buffet $39.95 per person or $75 per person including endless Veuve Clicquot Mimosas and Belvedere Vodka Bloody Marys (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are recommended.

This Easter, Verde at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is offering specials by Chef Kaytlin Brakefield at the eatery. Guests can start their meal off with a glass of champagne with options like Moet Chandon ‘Brut Imperial,’ Veuve Clicquot ‘Yellow Label,’ and Perrier Jouet ‘Grand Brut’ with a view of Miami. For an additional charge, guests can enhance their glass of bubbly with Paradise Farms passion fruit or guava. Easter specials by Chef Kaytlin include House Cured Gravlax, Soft Poached Egg, Zach The Baker Rye, Dill Creme Fraiche, Herb Porchetta with Dill Roasted Potatoes, and Gruyere Quiche, Prosciutto, Arugula. 
db Bistro Moderne

This Easter Sunday db Bistro Moderne will offer a special prix fixe menu with exquisite selections from its French inspired cuisine. From 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., guests can take advantage of the creative menu from Chef Jason Pringle. It is $52 per person and $30 for all children 10 and younger. Some items you can expect to find on the menu are the crab benedict, the house cured corned beef hash and an achiote swordfish.  

Bianca at Delano

Join Bianca at Delano on Easter Sunday for a special brunch buffet created by Chef Vikram Katoch and an Easter egg hunt with live bunnies. Bianca at Delano invites guests to enjoy live cooking stations that include delicious pasta, barbeque, omelets, sushi, and desserts. Cooked and cut in front of patrons, brunch includes a flavorful Roast Leg of Colorado Lamb, infused with garlic mint and rosemary Irish yellow mustard glaze. The barbeque station features grilled lobster, shrimp and vegetable skewers, flank steak, and grilled chicken, infused and marinated with soft herbs. The pasta station features a sliced prosciutto de Parma machine served a la carte and the omelet station, prepared a la minute, comes with a choice of topping and a basil pesto hollandaise sauce. A beautiful display at the dessert station includes mini chocolates, Tiramisu, Friandies, Macaroons, Chocolate Mousse, and mini Cream Brule. 

Toast to the holiday with bottomless Youve Clicquot and Belvedere Bloody Mary’s. In addition to the scrumptious offering, live bunnies will be in the orchard from 11am-2pm with an Easter egg hunt taking place at noon.

J&G Grill Chef de Cuisine Dagan Stocks presents an Easter themed à la carte menu, as well as special multiple choice menu with sides for each table. Standout menu items include a Farm Egg En Coccote with Dungeness crab, sweet potato and tasso ham; Roasted Banana & Coconut Pain Perdu with Tahitian vanilla & passion fruit honey and cashew; and Peekytoe Crab Cake Benedict with Florida grapefruit, ginger, cilantro and avocado hollandaise. Special dessert buffet selections will be presented by award-winning Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour. Diners may treat themselves to the signature St. Regis Bloody Mary station. Adults $70; Children $35.
