You could also celebrate at the JW Marriott Miami hotel, which has created a refreshing Classic Mojito drink. Other drinks that will be available are Pineapple Mojito, Kiwi Mojito, Peach Mojito, Mango Mojito and Strawberry Mojito.

Or, maybe you are feeling a bit fancier? Then head over to the Regent Cocktail Club. They are going classic with their Queens Park Swizzle, created by Managing Partner and award-winning mixologist Julio Cabrera. It is made with a rum of your choice, Lime Sugar, Angostura Bitters, Mint, and crushed ice.

And then, you have one of my personal favorites, the Drawing Room Bar & Lounge. Their famed mixologist Albert Trummer created the  El Authentico (AKA the real banana daiquiri), and uses Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Lime Infused Sugarcane, one whole banana, and topped with a mint garnish.

And, last, but certainly not least, for those of you who are still looking to celebrate without ruining the last few weeks of our beach bods Botran Rum’s Skinny Colada let’s you enjoy all the yummy goodness of the Guatemalan rum’s signature style that is rich with history and complexity.
The Skinny Colada features Botran Reserva, aged 15 years under the Solera System using white oak and American whiskey barrels that previously housed Sherry and Port. All of this complex flavor pairs perfectly with the freshness of pineapple, coconut water and lime juice, and the sweetness comes from the lighter agave nectar (as opposed to simple syrup). Check out the recipe below!

1 ½ oz Botran Reserva
½ oz agave nectar
2 pineapple slices
2 oz coconut water
½ oz lime juice\

Muddle pineapple with agave nectar, lime juice, and coconut water.
Add Botran Reserva.
Shake and pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice.

Drink responsibly, my friends!
