Ok, so let's be honest with each other here. After you wake up – at like 1 p.m. on January 1, 2015 – you are going to be in need of not only some serious aspirin and water, but also brunch! Lucky for you brunch is a big deal in Miami, so several hot spots will have their doors open waiting for you – possibly with a bloody mary or mimosa, if you’re up for it.

The Butcher Shop
165 NW 23rd St. | Miami, FL 33127
11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

You will be feasting on things like smoked bone-in rib bacon & eggs, salmon benedict, walnut crusted French toast – and, of course, bottomless bloody Igor’s, mimosas and white sangria.

La Mar by Gaston Acurio
500 Brickell Key Dr. | Miami, FL 33131
11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Here you are enjoying mouthwatering cuisine by Chef Diego Oka. Something you should definitely try is their Peruvian-style steak and eggs. Total deliciousness.

Siena Tavern
404 Washington Ave. | Miami Beach, FL 33139
11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Start of the year right with some stone crab benedict, steak & eggs, caramelized waffles and tiramisu French toast. Oh, and if you are into sweet treats try their monkey bread, and that is all I will say about that. Plus, there will also be bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s!

Khong River House
1661 Meridian Ave. | Miami Beach, FL 33139
Noon – 4 p.m.

If you are looking for something a little bit different for your taste buds then you should stop here. They will be serving things like their Thai street omelet with lemongrass-cured salmon, and their hangover burger, which is topped with a sunny-side-egg, of course.

Edge Steak & Bar
1435 Brickell Ave. | Miami, FL 33131
11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Looking for something fancy then this is your spot. Edge is serving a brunch style buffet, which includes barbecue grilling stations, oysters, and a pretty intense dessert table.
